1. Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
4. Drive client development activities among team members to attract new and retain existing clients.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
6. Ensure a client-centric approach in all interactions, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
7. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
8. Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance environment.
9. Provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team engagement and performance.
10. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results.
3. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.
4. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.

A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
