- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Drive client development activities among team members to attract new and retain existing clients.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Ensure a client-centric approach in all interactions, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance environment.
- Provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
