1. Manage day-to-day operations of the Outbound Operations department in collaboration with the department Manager.
2. Ensure servicing orders are accurately closed out and packaging meets care and handling standards.
3. Oversee timely shipping to customers.
4. Provide management support, direction, and development for staff.
5. Update schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain accurate timesheets for payroll.
6. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of new processes and projects.
7. Leverage existing talent to comply with labor budget and set clear, challenging goals.
8. Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity and cultivates a strong sense of team.
9. Plan and forecast department needs considering historical trends.
10. Support small and large scale projects that align with business strategy and growth.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 3 years of business experience with a strong operational background
3. Experience with luxury products and/or in retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments
4. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Minimum of 3 years of business experience with a strong operational background, including prior supervisory or team leadership experience.

The hiring range for this position is $71,000 - $96,000, dependent on candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
