Tiffany & Co. Assistant Manager - Accounting

1. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
2. Prepare and file accurate tax returns in accordance with Korean tax regulations, while monitoring legislative changes and advising management on implications.
3. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, responding to inquiries and implementing recommendations.
4. Manage treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and reporting, while collaborating with financial institutions to optimize cash flow.
5. Collaborate with the Korea Market to support their accounting needs and supervise accounting staff, providing mentorship and training.
6. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in accounting policies and procedures.
7. Conduct financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on supporting international operations, preferably in Korea.
3. Retail experience is highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices in a multinational environment.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with JDE E1, Coupa, or Concur is a plus.
6. Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
8. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
