1. Develop and execute architectural designs, including 3D renderings and sketches.
2. Assist in creating design intent sets for proposals.
3. Coordinate with consultants during construction phases.
4. Conduct research on materials and provide administrative support.
5. Create conceptual 3D renderings as directed by Design Managers.
6. Follow up on Requests for Information (RFIs) with consultants.
7. Organize agendas for meetings with guidance from Project Architects.
8. Research project-specific materials and order samples.
9. Manage electronic and paper documents, and maintain project images.
10. Mentor junior architecture team members.

1. Professional degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of architectural experience.
3. Expert proficiency in AutoCAD.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
5. Proficiency in hand sketching.

2. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
4. Research and administrative skills.
5. Mentoring and team collaboration skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of architectural experience is required.

Professional degree in Architecture.

The target hourly rate for this position is $55 per hour.
