- Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report any incidents to the supervisor.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and fabricate items according to production artwork and quality assurance standards.
- Utilize various torch sizes and types for soldering and annealing processes.
- Apply correct sequences of silver solder and perform solder cleanup and over-run prevention.
- Hand form components using hydraulic press, wooden dies, hammers, and stakes.
- Minimize porosity in solder seams and castings using laser weld and appropriate tools.
- Possess knowledge of hand forging and use of chasing tools, punches, and engravers.
- Set up and operate power equipment essential to the job.
- Organize work instructions, capture in-process images, and assist in writing SOPs.
- Provide management with progress updates and maintain production schedule.
- Maintain a professional and respectful work environment, assisting co-workers as needed.
- Demonstrate competencies in Hollowware for tours and filming.
- Perform other activities as directed.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English

- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate three-dimensional objects
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer literacy
- BFA/MFA in metals and jewelry
- Basic knowledge of laser welder machine
- Advanced computer/CAD skills
Beginner level experience in metal fabrication and related processes.
High school diploma or GED; BFA/MFA in metals and jewelry preferred.
