1. Adhere to all safety procedures and promptly report any incidents to the supervisor.
2. Learn to interpret blueprints and fabricate items according to production artwork and quality assurance standards.
3. Utilize various torch sizes and types for soldering and annealing processes.
4. Apply correct sequences of silver solder and perform solder cleanup and over-run prevention.
5. Hand form components using hydraulic press, wooden dies, hammers, and stakes.
6. Minimize porosity in solder seams and castings using laser weld and appropriate tools.
7. Possess knowledge of hand forging and use of chasing tools, punches, and engravers.
8. Set up and operate power equipment essential to the job.
9. Organize work instructions, capture in-process images, and assist in writing SOPs.
10. Provide management with progress updates and maintain production schedule.
11. Maintain a professional and respectful work environment, assisting co-workers as needed.
12. Demonstrate competencies in Hollowware for tours and filming.
13. Perform other activities as directed.

7. High school diploma or GED
8. Computer literacy
9. BFA/MFA in metals and jewelry

1. Basic knowledge of laser welder machine
2. Advanced computer/CAD skills

Beginner level experience in metal fabrication and related processes.

High school diploma or GED; BFA/MFA in metals and jewelry preferred.
