Tiffany & Co. Administrative Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including strategic calendar management and preparation for meetings.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Vice President, handling inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate major executive meetings and manage complex scheduling.
- Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel, including immigration paperwork and reservations.
- Complete expense reporting and reconciliation using the Expense Visor system.
- Draft and send communications on behalf of the Vice President to department staff and leaders.
- Support with the creation and compilation of detailed Excel and PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Submit and follow up on IT and facilities requests for the team.
- Ensure the functionality of office equipment such as printers, fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
- Manage the shipping of materials, including presentation materials and client gifts.
- At least 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in developing leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exposure to art, galleries, and events.
- Proficiency in business writing and verbal communication.
- Diplomatic communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with flexibility and superior organizational skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.

- Experience in executive calendar management and travel coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

The hiring range for this position is $27.71 - $37.49 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
