1. Validate and approve third-party supplier invoices using Coupa, including both PO and non-PO backed invoices.
2. Voucher approved invoices to JDE World, with automation forthcoming in the new ERP system.
3. Execute weekly payment runs for suppliers and staff reimbursements.
4. Manage intercompany merchandise and miscellaneous settlements.
5. Serve as the local Coupa contact for suppliers, global procurement, and local users.
6. Support and troubleshoot Coupa-related issues for local teams.
7. Handle supplier correspondence and prepare reconciliations.
8. Maintain vendor and employee master data.
9. Perform bank and relevant balance sheet reconciliations.
10. Ensure compliance with internal control standards.
11. Identify and implement process improvements.
12. Contribute to key finance and system projects, including ERP rollout.

1. Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Experience with JDE or other ERP systems.
4. Attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.
5. Growth mindset and enthusiasm for change.

Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable or a related finance position.

Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or a related field.
