1. Account for goods and services vendor invoices, ensuring PO matching and validation with DOA procedures.
2. Manage transactions on the Peppol e-invoicing platform for Belgian B2B partners.
3. Process payment proposals in JDE, submitting to approvers for payment processing.
4. Ensure compliance with KPC regulations for rough diamond procurement and proper accounting of receipts.
5. Update service fee costs for subcontracting in JDE E1, matching invoices to agreed pricing and expected carats.
6. File relevant information per rough shipment to support AML audits.
7. Execute SDA program requirements, supporting NY procurement team with approvals and payments.
8. Support onboarding of new vendors by validating critical data.
9. Process OSPO receipts for rough diamonds and production steps with affiliated companies.
10. Support projects to ensure optimal flow of inventory goods and valuation in the JDE system.
11. Support monthly period close and internal/external audits, ensuring traceability of rough diamonds to KPC certificates.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience

1. Strong organizational skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
3. Knowledge of Power Query is advantageous
4. Solid working knowledge of English, both written and spoken
5. Experience with JD Edwards is a plus

A minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience is required, with a focus on vendor invoice processing and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
