1. Oversee the monthly close reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate submission to the corporate office.
2. Prepare month-end supporting schedules and balance sheet account reconciliations.
3. Manage intercompany and intergroup reconciliations.
4. Ensure compliance with Tiffany accounting policies.
5. Complete and submit VAT returns promptly.
6. Prepare compliance-related documentation, including statistical reports.
7. Draft annual financial statements for review by agreed deadlines.
8. Act as the primary contact for statutory audits and tax advisors.
9. Ensure accurate allocation of payroll costs and timely payment of social taxes.
10. Adhere to financial controls, corporate governance, and company policies.
11. Cultivate strong relationships with regional business partners and corporate stakeholders.
12. Manage relationships with third-party European accounting providers for month-end reporting.
13. Collaborate with third-party tax advisors to prepare corporate income tax returns.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting diploma preferred.
2. Newly qualified accountant.

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Experience with JD Edwards is advantageous.
5. Fluency in German and proficiency in English.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant accounting role.

Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting diploma preferred.
