1. Assist in refining architectural concepts based on direction from senior designers.
2. Participate in framing design challenges and brainstorming sessions.
3. Help deliver customer experience through thoughtful architectural designs.
4. Sketch preliminary 3D designs under guidance to assist in schematic and design development phases.
5. Support the creation of design intent sets for RFP processes.
6. Attend and observe Design Review meetings; take notes and aid in communicating issues and solutions.
7. Learn techniques for creating high-quality 3D visualizations of interior and exterior store designs.
8. Assist with follow-ups with consultants and learn how RFIs are handled.
9. Help prepare agendas for construction meetings as a learning experience.
10. Conduct research into materials and products specific to projects.
11. Manage sample orders as needed.
12. Perform administrative duties such as electronic file management and updating project visuals.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Modeling and rendering, including 3ds Max, Vray, and Corona Renderers as well as Sketchup and Rhino.
2. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
3. Proficiency in hand sketching.
4. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Beginner level experience in architectural design and 3D visualization.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

The rate for this position is $25 per hour.
