Thelios Trade Marketing Assistant Intern
Thélios, a distinguished entity within the LVMH group, pioneers in the luxury eyewear sector by designing, producing, and distributing sunglasses and optical frames for some of the most prestigious fashion houses such as Dior, Fendi, and Celine. Additionally, Thélios owns brands like Barton Perreira and Vuarnet, further cementing its position as a leader in luxury eyewear.
- Assist in the implementation of institutional and seasonal Trade Marketing projects, coordinating internally with local marketing teams, Visual Merchandising department, and externally with designated suppliers and digital agencies.
- Monitor and update project developments, including campaign developments, 3D renderings of windows and pop-ups, Excel databases, PPT presentations, 3D renderings, and photo reports.
- Coordinate and evaluate the development of POS materials, ensuring sample validation, timeline adherence, and coordination between suppliers, local teams, and the Maison.
- Develop reports and PPT presentations on activations installed by region and country.
- Create tools and guidelines to ensure optimal follow-up with local and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising rules for each launch, including planograms, VM guidelines, and execution quality.
- Oversee the validation and delivery of 'crops' via the dedicated platform.
- Conduct market research and gather specific market trends and needs through photo reports and competitive analysis.
- Participate in market visits with regional and country contacts.
- Provide daily support to local teams for specific and strategic projects such as pop-ups, Maison launches, and sales events.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing (BAC +4/+5)
- Previous internship or work-study experience in operational marketing
- Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Versatility and adaptability
