Thelios Supply Planner

- Manage the entire order process for Louis Vuitton, from monitoring the dedicated portal to handling requests, verifying feasibility, and confirming delivery dates.
- Lead the planning of finished and semi-finished products for the brand's permanent codes, ensuring a balance between service level and optimal stock management.
- Serve as the point of reference for service level of the product family, monitoring KPIs, analyzing gap causes, and guiding corrective actions with involved teams.
- Conduct weekly Planning Review with factory managers, ensuring feasibility of the production plan and adherence to timelines shared with the Maison.
- Manage spare parts orders, analyze availability, validate internally, and communicate with the dedicated team.
- Monitor obsolescence of brand-dedicated materials, analyze the impact of volume variations requested by Louis Vuitton, proactively communicate risks to the Maison, and propose action plans to reduce exposure.
- Coordinate continuous improvement projects, contributing to the development of strategic supply chain processes for the brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in planning or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in SAP (mandatory),
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Problem-solving abilities, result-oriented mindset, and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English.
