1. Manage the entire order process for Louis Vuitton, from monitoring the dedicated portal to handling requests, verifying feasibility, and confirming delivery dates.
2. Lead the planning of finished and semi-finished products for the brand's permanent codes, ensuring a balance between service level and optimal stock management.
3. Serve as the point of reference for service level of the product family, monitoring KPIs, analyzing gap causes, and guiding corrective actions with involved teams.
4. Conduct weekly Planning Review with factory managers, ensuring feasibility of the production plan and adherence to timelines shared with the Maison.
5. Manage spare parts orders, analyze availability, validate internally, and communicate with the dedicated team.
6. Monitor obsolescence of brand-dedicated materials, analyze the impact of volume variations requested by Louis Vuitton, proactively communicate risks to the Maison, and propose action plans to reduce exposure.
7. Coordinate continuous improvement projects, contributing to the development of strategic supply chain processes for the brand.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in planning or supply chain roles.

2. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
3. Problem-solving abilities, result-oriented mindset, and analytical thinking.
4. Fluent in English.
