- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share in the optical industry.
- Lead and manage the Regional Sales Managers and broader sales team to ensure high performance.
- Enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and overall business performance through strategic initiatives.
- Establish and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and maintaining profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Oversee performance of sales and profit KPIs to ensure alignment with budget objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives.
- Oversee departmental budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing team through recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing insights to drive business growth.
- Participate in regional meetings and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury goods industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-performing territories.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent business acumen and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury goods industry, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
The hiring range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
