Thelios S&OP Supervisor

- Oversee the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, inventory, and service levels throughout the entire cycle (Sales/Demand → Supply → Pre-S&OP → Executive).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate contributions and a shared vision of the plan.
- Monitor key performance indicators and propose actions to enhance forecasting, production capacity, inventory health, and customer service.
- Develop and present 'what-if' scenarios to support strategic decisions and anticipate impacts on service, capacity, and stock.
- Ensure traceability and follow-up of actions with clarity and prioritization.
- Prepare materials and analyses for managerial and executive levels, presenting scenarios, risks, and opportunities in a structured manner.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, including defining the phase-in/phase-out process and other S&OP governance evolution projects.
- Contribute to the evolution of the planning tool as a super user, promoting advanced usage and ensuring data quality and robust processes.
- Promote the S&OP culture through collaboration, methodology, and quality orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience in supply chain, planning, or S&OP in structured environments.
- In-depth knowledge of S&OP processes, capacity planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with APS (e.g., Cyberplan, Kinaxis, or equivalents).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional processes.
- Analytical thinking, data orientation, and ability to synthesize complex information.
Minimum of 3 years in relevant roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
