1. Assist in the implementation of the Training and Education strategy for employees across the EMEA region.
2. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create training materials for collections and sales.
3. Participate in the animation and adoption of internal and external training applications for clients.
4. Adapt marketing materials for various international markets.
5. Support presentations of collections to clients and distributors, providing operational assistance during training sessions.
6. Create dashboards and compile weekly and monthly reports on Training activities in the EMEA region.
7. Provide local support to sales teams for the deployment of marketing plans.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English; French is an advantage.

1. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Versatility and adaptability.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Strong sensitivity and passion for the fashion and luxury industry.

Beginner level experience in a relevant field.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.
