- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Educate clients about the brand through regular visits and gather direct feedback.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training to enhance sales and client experience.
- Develop qualitative door distribution aligned with each brand's unique profile.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
- Provide regular business updates and schedules to senior management.
- Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products, with a strong command of Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion, integrating these values into business decisions.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% of the time.
- Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
A minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales is required, with a preference for experience in the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
The base salary ranges from $45,000 to $80,000, with opportunities for sales commissions and performance-based incentives.
