- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned brands.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster mutual growth.
- Educate clients on brand offerings through regular visits and gather direct feedback.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training to enhance client staff's sales capabilities.
- Curate qualitative distribution channels aligned with brand profiles.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
- Provide regular business updates to senior management.
- Complete account surveys and sales contracts with precision.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products, with a focus on Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in business decisions.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
Minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
The base salary ranges from $45,000 to $80,000, with opportunities for sales commissions and performance-based incentives.
