1. Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical performance to develop accurate forecasts.
2. Support the development of the Sales Plan in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
3. Break down sales targets by region, channel, product, and individual accounts.
4. Monitor KPIs and sales team performance, identifying gaps against targets.
5. Manage and update dashboards, forecasts, and periodic reports.
6. Collaborate in defining go-to-market strategies and growth plans.
7. Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes.
8. Provide insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
9. Manage Go To Market Projects.

1. Degree in Economics
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Planning within structured and international organizations

3. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Qlik, and Power BI
4. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
