Thelios Sales Operations, Procurement & Customer Service Manager

- Collaborate with Barton Perreira retail and wholesale teams on strategic planning and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Design team, manufacturers, and distributors to align on go-to-market needs.
- Analyze sales data, trend reports, and sales forecasts to anticipate product needs and manage procurement and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer and product database accuracy.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
- Lead customer service, quality control, and logistics teams to deliver high-touch support to wholesale and retail clients.
- Oversee order processing, returns, and inquiries with a focus on timely, professional resolution.
- Optimize customer service, quality control, and logistic processes for efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Handle escalated issues with proactive problem-solving and thorough follow-up.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations and/or customer service, ideally within luxury fashion, eyewear, or accessories.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine passion for diversity and inclusion.
A minimum of 5 years in sales operations and/or customer service, preferably within the luxury fashion, eyewear, or accessories sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $75,000-95,000 annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
