1. Welcome clients and ensure a comfortable and educational brand experience.
2. Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
4. Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and transaction values.
5. Maintain store image and assist in housekeeping duties.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in eyewear, jewelry, or fashion.
2. Optician license or certification preferred, but not required.

2. Effective communication with partners and clients.
3. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Passion for eyewear and quality design.

7. Flexible schedule for occasional evening and weekend work.

At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within eyewear, jewelry, or fashion sectors.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000-75,000, dependent on skills and experience.
