1. Welcome clients to ensure a comfortable environment and educate them about the brand.
2. Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
3. Meet individual and store sales targets and goals.
4. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to improve sales metrics.
5. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in eyewear, jewelry, or fashion.

1. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Self-starter with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Passion for eyewear and quality design.
6. Advocate of diversity and inclusion.
7. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.

At least one year of experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in eyewear, jewelry, or fashion.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000-75,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
