1. Welcome clients to ensure a comfortable environment and educate them about the brand.
2. Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
3. Meet individual and store sales targets and goals.
4. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to improve sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
5. Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in eyewear, jewelry, or fashion.
2. An optician license or certification is preferred, but not required.

A minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally within the eyewear, jewelry, or fashion sectors.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000-75,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
