1. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
2. Identify and document product defects or deviations, ensuring accurate reporting.
3. Communicate quality concerns to management promptly and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with production teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing processes.
5. Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
6. Support incoming product inspections and verify adherence to product specifications.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of 2+ years of Quality Control experience, preferably within the eyewear, fashion, or luxury goods industry

1. Strong ability to detect defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from quality standards
2. Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment used in quality control
3. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while upholding the brand’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship
5. Genuine passion and advocacy for diversity and inclusion

Minimum of 2+ years of Quality Control experience, preferably within the eyewear, fashion, or luxury goods industry.

High School Diploma or equivalent

The hiring range for this position is $18-21/hour, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
