Thelios Production Planner

- Lead the production planning process for finished and semi-finished products, ensuring an optimal balance between service level and stock management.
- Serve as the point of reference for the service level of the product family, aiming to maintain a constant availability above 90%.
- Monitor performance through dedicated KPIs, analyze the causes of gaps, and actively guide corrective actions in collaboration with involved teams, ensuring visibility and alignment through regular reports and meetings.
- Conduct weekly planning reviews with factory managers, ensuring the feasibility and executability of the production plan.
- Support continuous improvement projects, contributing to the strategic development of planning processes.
- Collaborate with business functions involved in new launches, ensuring production plans align with service targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking and proactive approach.
- Fluent in English; experience in international contexts is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
