1. Lead the production planning process for finished and semi-finished products, ensuring an optimal balance between service level and stock management.
2. Serve as the point of reference for the service level of the product family, aiming to maintain a constant availability above 90%.
3. Monitor performance through dedicated KPIs, analyze the causes of gaps, and actively guide corrective actions in collaboration with involved teams, ensuring visibility and alignment through regular reports and meetings.
4. Conduct weekly planning reviews with factory managers, ensuring the feasibility and executability of the production plan.
5. Support continuous improvement projects, contributing to the strategic development of planning processes.
6. Collaborate with business functions involved in new launches, ensuring production plans align with service targets.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning or supply chain roles.

1. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
2. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
4. Analytical thinking and proactive approach.
5. Fluent in English; experience in international contexts is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
