1. Assist in managing the order portfolio for direct purchases, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with company schedules.
2. Conduct daily monitoring of the direct purchase portfolio, including order management, performance optimization, and bottleneck identification.
3. Monitor raw material and component availability levels to ensure continuous supply to production lines.
4. Support the implementation of new purchasing methodologies to achieve punctual delivery performance while minimizing inventory held.
5. Assist in scouting new suppliers and their validation process.
6. Conduct supplier visits.

1. Interest in procurement, supply chain, or planning fields.
2. Degree or diploma in economics or a related field.
3. Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with management systems.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Problem-solving aptitude, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
