1. Conduct daily media analysis, including press reviews and identification of press coverage.
2. Create monthly PR reviews for print, digital, and celebrity engagements using DMR tools.
3. Support the Head of Public Relations in organizing press projects, including partner research and press release creation.
4. Assist in organizing press events such as Press Days and brand-related events.
5. Manage social media content development and media planning.
6. Draft internal and client newsletters.
7. Assist with order management and sample flow logistics.
8. Organize agency returns.
9. Lead operational improvement projects and drive change management.
10. Participate in daily administrative tasks, including invoice and budget management.
11. Implement and monitor publication calendars.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing (BAC +4/+5)
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in public relations

1. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; InDesign is a plus
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Analytical and synthesis capabilities
5. Proactive and autonomous work style
6. Digital literacy
7. Strong writing skills and creativity
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability

Entry-level experience required, ideally through internships or apprenticeships in public relations.
