Thelios Press Assistant Intern

- Assist the Communication department in developing contacts with Brand Managers, Trade Marketing, regional Thélios representatives, press services of the Maisons, external providers, and journalists.
- Conduct media analysis, including daily press reviews and identification and analysis of press coverage.
- Create monthly PR reviews for print, digital, and celebrity coverage worldwide using DMR tools and media monitoring.
- Support the Head of Public Relations in organizing press and influence projects, including partner research, tool implementation, press kit creation, and press release writing.
- Assist in organizing press events such as Press Days and events related to the Maisons.
- Manage social media content development and media planning.
- Draft internal and client newsletters.
- Assist in order management and sample flow management, including agency returns.
- Lead operational improvement projects and drive change within teams.
- Participate in the daily administrative management of the department, including invoices and budgeting.
- Implement and monitor publication calendars.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing (BAC +4/+5)
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
- Digital literacy and creative writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in Public Relations is required.
