- Manage and coordinate all operational activities of the production facility.
- Plan and oversee production to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing techniques such as Yamazumi, SMED, line design, flow design, golden zone, and T&M.
- Coordinate plant personnel across production, maintenance, production office, and raw materials warehouse.
- Collaborate with company functions such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and HR to ensure integrated production management.
- Work with the Technical Office to industrialize new products and processes, promoting continuous innovation and integrating new technologies into the production cycle (PFMEA).
- Lead problem analysis and resolution using rapid problem-solving methodologies like escalation flow, Ishikawa, PDCA, and 8D.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPI) and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the production site (P&L, cost deployment).
- Lead team development, inspire and facilitate change management processes (coaching).
- Drive the Digital Transformation process (MES).
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Industrial) or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Production Manager in facilities with at least 100 direct reports.
- In-depth knowledge of production logic and continuous improvement tools.
- Leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with major IT tools (ERP, Office, etc.).
