Thelios Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

- Collect, analyze, and transmit payroll data to the external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy in work hours, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, taxes, contributions, and other payroll elements.
- Control and validate payroll data entries for the preparation of pay slips.
- Maintain and manage relationships with social organizations.
- Validate the DSN (nominative social declaration) and post-payroll documents.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries, including salary breakdown, leave, and social charges.
- Manage provident fund files and monitor social security daily allowances.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding formalities, including DPAE and mutual insurance affiliation.
- Prepare regulatory documents related to personnel management, such as employment contracts and account balances.
- Participate in personnel administration activities, including tracking absences and leave.
- Develop synthesis documents, including dashboards and payroll summaries.
- Establish standard attestations and manage employee medical visits.
- Contribute to the update of the DUERP (Document Unique d'Évaluation des Risques Professionnels).
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Develop social dashboards to monitor personnel activity, including absenteeism and payroll expenses.
- Prepare monthly and annual group reports.
- Compile the social balance sheet or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in payroll and personnel administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Leadership in managing providers and collaborators.
- Organizational skills across multiple companies and collective agreements.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position with a focus on payroll and personnel administration.
