1. Monitor the progress of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines outlined in Gantt charts.
2. Analyze the availability and delivery of NPI (New Product Introduction) materials, proposing corrective actions in case of delays to ensure time-to-market compliance.
3. Develop, update, and manage a realistic delivery plan shared with assigned brands.
4. Collaborate consistently with production and industrialization departments, communicating progress to the Demand Team.
5. Verify the progress of work-in-progress (WIP) orders and confirm expected delivery dates, ensuring the regularity of the production flow.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with major management systems (ERP/MRP).
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
4. Teamwork orientation and goal achievement focus.
5. Proactivity, precision, and a positive approach.

Beginner level experience in a relevant field.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
