Thelios Marketing Operations Associate
Thélios, a distinguished entity under the LVMH Group, the global leader in luxury, specializes in the design, production, and distribution of premium eyewear. - Lead project management and coordination of permanent fixture production and installations.
- Review and traffic renderings, quotations, and technical drawings.
- Plan and communicate site surveys to cross-functional teams.
- Meet with vendors weekly for timeline status reports.
- Procure and manage logistics for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and HQ team on brand material validations.
- Provide onsite support for in-store installation of seasonal concepts and permanent customizations.
- Assist in vetting venues, site surveys, and layout for events.
- Lead development of venue layout with commercial, visual, and experiential teams.
- Manage pre-event activities including vendor coordination, venue communications, logistics, catering, and invitations.
- Support on-site setup, event execution, and breakdown.
- Handle purchase order creations and invoice submissions.
- Set up new vendor accounts and track budgets.
- Attend customer meetings and commercial events to support sales channels.
- Travel domestically to support key strategic trade marketing installations or sales events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing operations or project management.
- Experience in event planning and execution is a strong plus.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
$70,000 - $90,000, dependent on skills and experience.
