1. Manage and coordinate all transportation activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
2. Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation costs.
3. Monitor carrier performance and address service-related issues.
4. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements.
5. Implement and leverage Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for optimized routing, load planning, and freight tracking.
6. Develop strategies to reduce transportation costs and improve service levels.
7. Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and quality shipment dispatch.
8. Monitor warehouse loading and dispatch activities to prevent delays or discrepancies.
9. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to align customer requirements with logistics execution.
10. Proactively communicate potential delays or issues affecting customer deliveries.
11. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare reports on key performance indicators.
12. Ensure carriers adhere to import/export regulations and customs requirements.
13. Resolve logistics-related issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate stakeholders.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination.
3. Proven ability to interact effectively with carriers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams.
4. Fluency in English.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Experience with SAP and TMS systems is desirable.
4. Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination within a structured organizational environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
