1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Monitor changes in laws and regulations, advising the company on potential impacts.
3. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with company operations.
4. Develop and update materials and resources for legal training.
5. Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
6. Conduct legal research and analysis focused on intellectual/industrial property and antitrust issues.

1. Degree in Law.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in the legal field.
3. Experience in the application of selective distribution.
4. Knowledge of legal issues in intellectual and industrial property.

1. Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
2. Problem-solving aptitude.
3. Result-oriented mindset.
4. Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

A minimum of three years of relevant legal experience is required.

Degree in Law.
