- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, providing insights for the development of new products and services tailored to the region.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working to resolve conflicts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Middle Eastern market, adjusting strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with key clients to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities for additional collaboration and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations, while upholding the brand's reputation and values in the Middle Eastern market.
- Degree holder, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or a related sales role, preferably in luxury goods or eyewear at an international level.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools for effective customer relationship management.
- Good team management skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams who may not directly report to this position.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership and financial skills.
- Solution-oriented and creative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products.
Minimum of 3 years in key account management or a related sales role, preferably in the luxury goods or eyewear sector at an international level.
Degree holder, MBA preferred.
