1. Participate in employee lifecycle support, including onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment setup, user account creation, and IT orientation for new hires.
2. Contribute to daily IT operations, including Active Directory updates, basic network checks, and infrastructure tasks under senior team supervision.
3. Assist in resolving second-level support tickets escalated by the Helpdesk team, ensuring prompt and effective employee assistance.
4. Provide on-site support for hardware installations and address local IT needs at the office, with occasional support at the production site.
5. Engage in IT projects and assist in managing large-scale hardware renewal initiatives.
6. Serve as a backup resource during peak periods to maintain seamless IT operations.
7. Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.

1. Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows and MacOS).
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in French and/or English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level experience suitable for beginners.

Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
