- Conduct periodic analysis of inventory levels against budgeted targets, highlighting discrepancies and critical areas.
- Develop and maintain inventory management strategies, such as safety stock and target stock, based on ABC classification and material characteristics.
- Define and update planning parameters in alignment with finished product demand, operational constraints, and economic objectives.
- Identify obsolete or slow-moving materials, proposing corrective actions and strategies to reduce inactive stock.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to the definition/revision of MOQ, focusing on economic and operational sustainability.
- Collaborate with planning, purchasing, and production teams to ensure alignment between material availability and production needs.
- Maintain and develop effective and automated reporting on stock, obsolescence, coverage, and rotation.
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to the improvement of stock management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related technical disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Familiarity with MRP logic, ABC analysis, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical skills in developing inventory, coverage, rotation, and obsolescence reports.
- Strategic approach to defining stock policies for material clusters and structuring strategies aligned with production needs and economic targets.
- Experience in cross-functional team projects for logistical parameter optimization (MOQ, batch sizes, lead times).
- Critical thinking, proactivity, precision, teamwork in cross-functional settings, and result orientation.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 2 years in similar roles within the supply chain domain, focusing on components or semi-finished goods.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related technical disciplines.
