1. Manage the entire procurement cycle for production consumables, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and indirect services.
2. Conduct supplier scouting, qualification, and management in alignment with company policies.
3. Negotiate economic, contractual, and service conditions.
4. Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Maintenance, HR, IT, and Finance to identify and plan needs.
5. Support the definition and implementation of sourcing strategies.
6. Monitor supplier performance and manage KPIs.
7. Prepare reports and conduct expenditure analysis.
8. Oversee contractual management in collaboration with the Legal Department.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial procurement roles with a focus on indirect procurement.
2. Proficiency in categories such as consumables, CAPEX, and HR/Finance/IT services.
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in IT tools: Excel, eProcurement systems (SAP, BI).
6. Analytical skills, result-oriented, and proactive.
