- Ensure the identification, assessment, and mitigation of health and safety risks in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the development and updating of safety procedures and operational practices.
- Conduct analysis of incidents and violations, investigating causes and developing corrective and preventive measures.
- Deliver information and training programs for all employees as mandated by current safety and injury prevention regulations.
- Ensure staff awareness and adherence to safety provisions and practices.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations within the facility.
- Perform activities outlined in Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding safety and conduct audits.
- Promote a 'safety culture' among employees and collaborate with the Prevention and Protection Service to develop and implement specific activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal medical services and the competent physician.
- Maintain relationships with external and internal supervisory/inspection bodies.
- Manage internal HSE deadlines and schedules.
- Support corporate BBS initiatives, contribute to organizational culture development, and participate in international projects.
- Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Engineering, or related Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) disciplines.
- Preferable previous experience in similar roles within companies subject to environmental authorizations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and main business management systems.
- Experience in managing and coordinating suppliers and consultants in the environmental and safety sectors.
- Familiarity with key ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
- Environmental management expertise, especially in waste management and environmental authorizations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in a relevant field such as Prevention Techniques, Engineering, or related HSE disciplines.
