1. Ensure the identification, assessment, and mitigation of health and safety risks in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
2. Contribute to the development and updating of safety procedures and operational practices.
3. Conduct analysis of incidents and violations, investigating causes and developing corrective and preventive measures.
4. Deliver information and training programs for all employees as mandated by current safety and injury prevention regulations.
5. Ensure staff awareness and adherence to safety provisions and practices.
6. Monitor compliance with safety regulations within the facility.
7. Perform activities outlined in Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding safety and conduct audits.
8. Promote a 'safety culture' among employees and collaborate with the Prevention and Protection Service to develop and implement specific activities and initiatives.
9. Collaborate with internal medical services and the competent physician.
10. Maintain relationships with external and internal supervisory/inspection bodies.
11. Manage internal HSE deadlines and schedules.
12. Support corporate BBS initiatives, contribute to organizational culture development, and participate in international projects.

1. Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Engineering, or related Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) disciplines.
2. Preferable previous experience in similar roles within companies subject to environmental authorizations.

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and main business management systems.
2. Experience in managing and coordinating suppliers and consultants in the environmental and safety sectors.
3. Familiarity with key ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
4. Environmental management expertise, especially in waste management and environmental authorizations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree in a relevant field such as Prevention Techniques, Engineering, or related HSE disciplines.
