HSE Specialist

1. Ensure identification, assessment, and elimination of health and safety risks in the workplace, in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
2. Contribute to the development and updating of safety procedures and operational practices.
3. Analyze incidents and violations by investigating causes and developing corrective and preventive measures.
4. Ensure the delivery of information and training programs for all employees as required by current safety and accident prevention regulations.
5. Ensure staff awareness and compliance with safety provisions and practices.
6. Conduct surveillance within the facility to ensure adherence to safety rules.
7. Perform activities required by D. Lgs. 231/2001 regarding safety and conduct audits.
8. Promote a 'safety culture' among employees and collaborate with the Prevention and Protection Service in developing and implementing specific activities and initiatives.
9. Collaborate with the internal infirmary service and the competent doctor.
10. Maintain relationships with external and internal supervisory/inspection bodies.
11. Contribute to the management of internal HSE deadlines.

1. Diploma from a technical institute and/or Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines in health, safety, and environment.

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and main management systems.
2. Knowledge of relevant ISO management systems (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).
3. Environmental knowledge (waste management, environmental permits).
4. Team spirit and goal-oriented.
5. Proactivity and positive attitude.
6. Precision, organization, analytical and planning skills.
7. Strong analytical orientation.
8. Ability to manage/lead small teams.
9. Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
10. Established management of suppliers and consultants in environment and safety.
11. Good level of English (spoken and written).

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in companies with environmental permits.

Diploma from a technical institute and/or Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
