1. Ensure the identification, assessment, and elimination of health and safety risks in the workplace in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
2. Contribute to the development and updating of safety procedures and operational practices.
3. Conduct analysis of incidents and violations, investigating causes and developing corrective and preventive measures.
4. Deliver information and training programs for all employees as mandated by current safety and injury prevention regulations.
5. Ensure personnel awareness and adherence to safety provisions and practices.
6. Monitor compliance with safety rules within the facility.
7. Perform activities under D. Lgs. 231/2001 (Organizational, Management and Control Model) related to Safety and conduct audits.
8. Promote a 'safety culture' among employees and collaborate with the Prevention and Protection Service in developing and implementing specific activities and initiatives.
9. Collaborate with the internal Nursing Service and the competent Physician.
10. Maintain relationships with external and internal supervisory/inspection bodies.
11. Contribute to the management of internal HSE schedules.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in companies with environmental authorizations.

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and main management systems.
2. Familiarity with relevant ISO management systems (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).
3. Environmental management knowledge (waste management, environmental permits).
4. Team spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
5. Proactivity and positive attitude.
6. Precision, organizational skills, analytical and planning capabilities.
7. Strong analytical orientation.
8. Aptitude for managing/guiding small teams.
9. Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
10. Established management of suppliers and consultants in the environment and safety field.
11. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Minimum of 5 years in similar roles, preferably within companies requiring environmental authorizations.

Technical diploma and/or degree in Environmental Health and Safety Techniques, Engineering, or related fields.
