1. Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations.
2. Coordinate the full recruitment process.
3. Identify, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development needs and initiatives for teams and individuals.
4. Drive HR process optimization and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
5. Supervise the payroll process through external services.
6. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs and legal requirements.

1. Over 8 years of experience in Human Resources within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
2. Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in French or Italian is advantageous.
4. Proactive and fully committed to all aspects of HR work.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to listen and understand the needs of employees and the company.
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
8. Trustworthy with high standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
9. Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Ability to coach and influence to achieve business results.
