Thelios Head of Corporate Communication

- Define and implement a strategic corporate communications plan.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key journalists in B2B and B2C sectors.
- Develop corporate storytelling focused on company strategy and craftsmanship.
- Manage media requests and inquiries.
- Conduct proactive media outreach, both earned and paid.
- Draft press materials and management briefings.
- Plan and organize press events.
- Coordinate with local communication agencies, particularly in Italy.
- Perform media monitoring and press reviews.
- Monitor and mitigate emerging sensitive topics in crisis communication.
- Draft internal and external statements for crisis situations.
- Strengthen relationships with LVMH, Maisons, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the LVMH press department and align with Maison communication directions.
- Organize corporate events, including conferences and the Venice Film Festival.
- Oversee the image aspects of commercial and internal events.
- Support Human Resources in employer branding and internal initiatives.
- Develop communication across various organizational functions.
- Animate SharePoint through content creation and organize internal town halls.
- Manage the corporate website and LinkedIn, including content development.
- Provide and update company presentations, templates, and imagery.
- Validate the use of the company logo on various supports.
- Validate sustainability claims and enhance Thélios' reputation in sustainability.
- Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
- Proficiency in English; Italian and French are strongly preferred.
- Strong writing skills and editorial affinity.
- Strong transversal leadership skills and autonomy.
- Sensibility for the luxury and/or fashion industry.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in communication, whether in an agency, in-house, or public sector setting.
Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
