Thelios Head of Corporate Communication

- Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for corporate communications.
- Establish and maintain a network of key journalists in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Develop corporate storytelling focused on company strategy and Savoir-Faire.
- Manage media requests and inquiries effectively.
- Conduct proactive media outreach, both earned and paid.
- Draft press materials and management briefings.
- Plan and organize press events.
- Drive local communication efforts in Italy.
- Perform media monitoring and press reviews.
- Monitor and mitigate emerging sensitive topics in crisis communication.
- Draft internal and external statements for crisis situations.
- Strengthen positive relationships with LVMH, Maisons, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the LVMH press department.
- Align with Maison communication directions on joint communications.
- Organize corporate events such as conferences and internal meetings.
- Oversee the image aspects of commercial and internal events.
- Support Human Resources on employer branding and internal initiatives.
- Develop communication across various functions within the organization.
- Animate SharePoint through content creation.
- Organize and animate internal town halls with top management.
- Manage the Corporate Website and LinkedIn, including monitoring and content development.
- Provide and update company presentations, templates, imagery, and videos.
- Validate every use of the company logo on various supports.
- Validate claims and build Thélios’ reputation on sustainability topics.
- Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of communication (agency, in-house, or public sector).
- Proficiency in English is compulsory; Italian and French are strongly preferred.
- Strong writing skills and editorial affinity.
- Strong transversal leadership skills.
- People management and autonomy.
- Sensibility for the luxury and/or fashion industry.
A minimum of 8 years in communication roles, either in agency, in-house, or public sector environments.
Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, combining the flexibility of remote work with the vibrancy of office presence in Paris.
