- Define and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy.
- Establish and maintain a network of key journalists in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Develop compelling corporate storytelling that aligns with company strategy and Savoir-Faire.
- Manage media requests and inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct proactive media outreach, both earned and paid.
- Draft press materials and management briefings.
- Plan and organize press events to enhance corporate visibility.
- Drive local communication efforts in Italy through agency collaboration.
- Perform media monitoring and compile press reviews.
- Monitor and mitigate emerging sensitive topics as part of crisis communication.
- Strengthen relationships with LVMH, Maisons, and other external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the LVMH press department for aligned communications.
- Organize and oversee corporate events, including the Venice Film Festival.
- Support internal communication initiatives and employer branding efforts.
- Manage the corporate website and LinkedIn presence, ensuring content relevance.
- Provide and update company presentations, templates, and visual materials.
- Validate sustainability claims to enhance Thélios' reputation in this domain.
- Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
- Proficiency in English; Italian and French are strongly preferred.
- Strong writing skills and editorial affinity.
- Transversal leadership skills and people management.
- Autonomy and initiative in communication strategies.
- Sensibility for the luxury and/or fashion industry.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in communication, whether in an agency, in-house, or public sector setting.
Master’s degree in communication, journalism, political sciences, or business.
