1. Lead project management efforts including planning, prioritization, and coordination of resources for testing and implementing new tools, dashboards, and sales operations projects.
2. Drive the development and implementation of standardized processes and management tools to enhance efficiency and ensure data quality and consistency across sales systems.
3. Support the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools within Sales teams, facilitating seamless transitions.
4. Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems, creating dashboards and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and analyze sales performance.
5. Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with broader business objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in structured and international settings.

2. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Qlik, PowerBI.
3. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Result-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in structured and international settings.
