Thelios Financial Controller

- Develop annual financial forecasts in collaboration with various Thélios departments to contribute to the annual budget.
- Evaluate necessary adjustments to the budget cycle throughout the year to accommodate business developments and strategic objectives.
- Prepare landing exercises with precision to guide business operations.
- Monitor relevant KPIs throughout the year to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct controls and analyses of monthly P&L statements, particularly in retail and e-commerce, to identify budget deviations and suggest corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor monthly production indicators and analyze variances from expected performance.
- Review monthly opex/capex with departments to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Conduct ad hoc studies on collection performance, production, and stock management.
- Analyze payroll and sales force efficiency.
- Lead transformation projects, including the transition to SAP for Vuarnet.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Control or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a management control position within a matrix organization.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid accounting knowledge, including FrGAAP and IFRS.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
A minimum of 3 years in a management control role within a matrix organization is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Control or equivalent.
