Thelios Financial Controller

- Develop annual financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments to contribute to the annual budget.
- Evaluate and adjust mid-year budget cycles to align with business developments and strategic objectives.
- Prepare accurate landing exercises for effective business management.
- Monitor relevant KPIs throughout the year to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct monthly P&L controls and analyses, focusing on retail and e-commerce activities.
- Oversee production operational margin by implementing and tracking monthly production indicators.
- Review monthly opex/capex with departments, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
- Conduct ad hoc studies on collection performance, production, and stock management.
- Analyze payroll and sales force efficiency.
- Lead transformation projects, including the transition to SAP for the Vuarnet environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Control (BAC +5 equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial control within a matrix organization.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Solid accounting knowledge (FrGAAP and IFRS).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a financial control role within a matrix organization is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Control (BAC +5 equivalent).
