1. Develop annual financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments to contribute to the annual budget.
2. Evaluate and adjust mid-year budget cycles to align with business developments and strategic objectives.
3. Prepare accurate landing exercises for effective business management.
4. Monitor relevant KPIs throughout the year to ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Conduct monthly P&L controls and analyses, focusing on retail and e-commerce activities.
6. Oversee production operational margin by implementing and tracking monthly production indicators.
7. Review monthly opex/capex with departments, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
8. Conduct ad hoc studies on collection performance, production, and stock management.
9. Analyze payroll and sales force efficiency.
10. Lead transformation projects, including the transition to SAP for the Vuarnet environment.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Control (BAC +5 equivalent).
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in financial control within a matrix organization.
3. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Solid accounting knowledge (FrGAAP and IFRS).
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
5. Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a financial control role within a matrix organization is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Control (BAC +5 equivalent).
