1. Oversee the accounting department to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, adhering to GAAP principles.
2. Manage Group Monthly Closing Reporting in IFRS and oversee the reconciliation of intercompany balances.
3. Direct company cash management, including forecasting, bank reconciliations, and payment preparation.
4. Collaborate with senior management to enhance financial procedures and participate in setting financial standards and forecasts.
5. Conduct monthly analyses of balance sheets, income statements, and budget variances.
6. Analyze financial data to identify errors and propose efficiency improvements.
7. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
8. Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
9. Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying and reconciling transactions.
10. Manage general ledger activities, including trial balance preparation and entry reconciliation.
11. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure organizational compliance.
12. Prepare financial reports and assist with tax audits and returns.
13. Support quarterly and annual regulatory filings and statutory statement preparation.
14. Contribute to special projects within the department and organization.
15. Utilize SAP for financial management tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and management.
3. In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
4. Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and regulations.

1. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
2. Ability to analyze financial records and communicate insights to other departments.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
5. Familiarity with accounting software, SAP knowledge required.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and management is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
