Thelios Eyewear Brand Manager

1. Gather market needs and feedback from sales teams, key clients, collaborators, and B2C channels.
2. Define briefs, pricing, and collection structure, including reference numbers, segmentation, and product positioning.
3. Collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams to oversee collection development and product innovation, ensuring adherence to Time To Market.
4. Conduct competitive analysis, market trend analysis, and identify opportunities.
5. Work with Trade Marketing to adapt visual merchandising and tools to market needs.
6. Support the organization and execution of B2B events, trade shows, and key account activations.
7. Contribute to B2C events and ensure alignment with marketing activations across the Wholesale network.
8. Collaborate with sales teams to define and update assortments by region, client, and channel.
9. Develop and deliver training programs and kits for sales teams and distributors, including collection presentations and product guides.
10. Support sales teams during client meetings, showrooms, and conventions with compelling storytelling and product presentations.
11. Ensure consistency and quality of training materials, both digital and physical.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent higher education.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management within the luxury eyewear or outdoor sports industry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
3. Technical expertise in eyewear and a passion for the product.
4. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
5. Autonomy and project management capabilities.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Knowledge of the luxury sector and a passion for outdoor activities are advantageous.
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent higher education.
