Thelios Eyewear Brand Manager
Thélios, a distinguished entity within the LVMH Group, stands as a paragon in the luxury eyewear sector. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes premium sunglasses and optical frames for some of the most prestigious brands, including Dior, Fendi, and Celine. - Gather market needs and feedback from sales teams, key clients, collaborators, and B2C channels.
- Define briefs, pricing, and collection structure, including reference numbers, segmentation, and product positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams to oversee collection development and product innovation, ensuring adherence to Time To Market.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market trend analysis, and identify opportunities.
- Work with Trade Marketing to adapt visual merchandising and tools to market needs.
- Support the organization and execution of B2B events, trade shows, and key account activations.
- Contribute to B2C events and ensure alignment with marketing activations across the Wholesale network.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define and update assortments by region, client, and channel.
- Develop and deliver training programs and kits for sales teams and distributors, including collection presentations and product guides.
- Support sales teams during client meetings, showrooms, and conventions with compelling storytelling and product presentations.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training materials, both digital and physical.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management within the luxury eyewear or outdoor sports industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Technical expertise in eyewear and a passion for the product.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Autonomy and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector and a passion for outdoor activities are advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent higher education.
