Thelios Distribution Manager

- Lead the strategy and operations for the distribution of Thélios' brand portfolio, ensuring flawless execution aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales & Brand teams to ensure optimal synergy.
- Play a strategic role in re-evaluating the existing distribution network in collaboration with other Distribution Managers.
- Maximize sales through proactive support to field teams and develop strong relationships with strategic accounts to drive growth.
- Ensure rigorous management and monitoring of distribution in alignment with defined strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of distribution performance using key KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to commercial teams.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring perfect execution according to strategy.
- Evaluate the performance of permanent and seasonal marketing investments and coordinate associated decisions.
- Analyze the impact of marketing activations on sales and coordinate training sessions in collaboration with the brand.
- Centralize and coordinate field team needs and requests, contributing to the development and optimization of commercial tools.
- Support strategic market and field team deployment in cross-brand distribution projects.
- Conduct thorough analyses on collected data to inform decision-making and implement key actions aligned with Thélios' global distribution strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry, particularly in a wholesale environment with selective distribution.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and autonomous work style.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
