1. Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the selective distribution strategy across Asia Pacific, ensuring network quality through contractual management and regular audits.
2. Negotiate for permanent retail space and execute the Institutional Fixtures strategy, enhancing brand visibility through impeccable visual merchandising.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to deploy comprehensive seasonal activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
4. Coordinate training programs for the sales force and key retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation and service quality.
5. Present new collections at major events to facilitate order intake and negotiate new business opportunities.
6. Provide operational support to the sales force and distributors to optimize business performance and achieve KPIs.
7. Lead the implementation and follow-up of budget reviews to ensure financial objectives are met.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably in eyewear, watches & jewelry, perfumes & cosmetics, or fashion.

2. Ability to manage both operational and strategic business challenges
3. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel
4. Proactive and independent decision-making skills
5. Strong product sensitivity and attention to detail
6. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, French, or Italian are advantageous

A minimum of 3 years in the luxury industry, with a focus on distribution management and business development.
